Be sure to EMAIL [email protected] to confirm you're accepted and go over the weekend schedule. We may need hep to set-up ropes/fields on Friday morning. Then also to know your schedule for Saturday and Sunday. Refs who can work ALL DAY will be given priority since we need staff all day.
MORNINGS First Games will be schedule for 8am both days. If scheduled morning, you must be on the beach no later than 7:00amto set-up fields, flags, goals, signs, but most important...to beat the traffic.. If you do not come early, you will NOT get a parking spot and you will be late. ALL Teams KNOW how crowded the parking gets and they will be there 1-2 hours before first games to park and get a spot on the beach!
AFTERNOONS Final games are scheduled for 5pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday. If you can only work afternoon, please arrive no later than 12PM to ref first game @1pm. Everyone working afternoon expect to stay until the last games are finished to help drag goals up to the dunes, collect flags, cones, signs to bring back to Main Tent.
TOURNAMENT RULES: (click/print) Print a copy to bring with you! Team Coaches, parents & players know these rules very well. You need to know them betterand come prepared. Missed calls are expected, not knowing the rules is NOT acceptable. Ask Mike or Matt any questions about Rules.
SCORE CARDS:(click/print) PRINT 3 Score Cards for each day. Each sheet has room for 4 games. Do not tear, Keep together to turn in to main tent for our records. This is VERY important as reference in case of appeals/discrepencies.
WHAT TO BRING: Watch, Whistle, Hat, Sunscreen, Water Jug. Bring own snack/power bars/fruit. *We will provide carb lunches each day Pizza or Chicken Tenders and extra water to fill your jugs.
